Privacy policy of TaskManagement

TaskManagement (website and the mobile app "Task Management for Kriva") is a work and staff management service run by Kriva Infosys, Surat, Gujarat. A business (company) uses it to keep its works, customers, staff and payments.
What we keep
- Login details: name, mobile number, password (stored only as a secure hash) of the company admin and staff.
- Business data the company enters: works, customer names, mobile numbers and addresses, notes, voice notes, attached files and photos, customer signatures, payment QR details.
- Location: only when a user taps a location button, or saves a location with "Done". The app does not track location in the background.
- Contacts / call log: read on the phone only when the user picks a customer number; only the chosen number is sent.
- Microphone and camera: only while recording a voice note or taking a photo.
- Device information: phone model for the login list, and technical logs to fix errors.
How it is used
Only to run the service for that company: show works to its staff, send alerts, WhatsApp / email messages the company asks for, backups and support. We do not sell data and do not show advertising. Each company's data is kept in its own separate database.
Sharing
Data is shared only with the WhatsApp / email providers the company itself sets up (to send its messages and backups), and when the law requires it.
Security and backups
The website uses secure login tokens, limits wrong logins and keeps daily backups. Backups can be sent to the company's own email.
Keeping and deleting data
Data stays while the company uses the service. A user or company can ask to delete the login or the whole company with all its data on the account deletion page, from the app (About & help > Delete my account) or by calling 97251 18401. It is deleted within 30 days; backup copies are removed within 60 days.
