Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the refund and cancellation procedures for Mital Infosys services.

1. General Policy

At Mital Infosys, we strive to provide the best IT services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy covers the conditions under which refunds may be provided for our products and services.

2. Service Cancellation Policy

A. Scheduled Services
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service time
  • No cancellation charges if cancelled 24+ hours in advance
  • 50% service charge applies for cancellations within 24 hours
  • 100% service charge applies for no-show or same-day cancellation
B. Emergency Services
  • Emergency services booked cannot be cancelled
  • Rescheduling possible with 4 hours notice

3. Refund Policy for Services

A. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
  • AMC payments are non-refundable once services have commenced
  • Pro-rated refund may be considered for unused months if cancelled within 7 days of purchase
  • Processing fee of ?500 or 10% (whichever is higher) applies
B. Installation Services
  • 50% refund if service is cancelled before work begins
  • No refund once installation work has started
  • Service warranty still applies for completed work
C. Data Recovery Services
  • No recovery, no charge policy for evaluation
  • 50% advance payment required before recovery attempt
  • Advance refunded if data cannot be recovered
  • Full payment upon successful data delivery

4. Refund Policy for Products

A. Hardware Products (Computers, CCTV, etc.)
  • 7-day return policy from date of purchase
  • Products must be in original condition with all accessories
  • 15% restocking fee applies
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Defective products replaced under manufacturer warranty
B. Software Products
  • Software licenses are non-refundable once activated
  • Unopened software can be returned within 7 days

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 7-15 business days
  • Refunds issued via original payment method
  • Bank transfer refunds may take additional processing time
  • Refund status can be tracked by contacting customer support

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Custom configured/built computers
  • Special order products
  • Services already rendered
  • Downloaded software
  • Opened consumables (toner, ink, cables)
  • Diagnostic/consultation fees

7. Warranty Claims

Products under manufacturer warranty will be replaced or repaired as per warranty terms. Please contact us with your warranty details and proof of purchase.
