Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Mital Infosys, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Service Description

Mital Infosys provides IT services including but not limited to:

• Computer Sales & Service
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
• CCTV Camera Installation
• Networking Solutions
• Data Recovery Services
• Cloud Backup Solutions
• Firewall & Security Services

3. Service Charges and Payments

• All service charges are as quoted at the time of service request
• Payment terms: 50% advance for new hardware purchases and project work
• Balance payment upon completion of service/delivery
• AMC payments are annual and payable in advance
• We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers

4. Service Warranty

• New hardware products come with manufacturer's warranty
• Service work carries 30 days warranty from date of completion
• Warranty does not cover physical damage or misuse
• Warranty claims must be reported within warranty period

5. Limitation of Liability

Mital Infosys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
• Any content obtained from the services
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information for service requests
• Ensure safe access to premises for on-site services
• Backup important data before any data-related services
• Make payments as per agreed terms
• Provide feedback and report issues promptly

7. Service Cancellation

• Cancellation must be notified at least 24 hours before scheduled service
• Advance payments may be refunded as per refund policy
• Repeated cancellations may affect future service priority

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
